Hi there...I'm trying to figure out a recipe that calls for 300grams of buttermilk and 210 grams of eggs. What is that in cups or ml ? Could this be a typo? should it have been written as 300ml of buttermilk? I've tried to google this but it just gets more confusing when they talk about density, blahblahblah. Can you help?
